Where do you work?

Can you help with a home held in an estate or trust?

Yes. We can lead the real estate work and coordinate with the attorney, fiduciary, title team, and other professionals already involved. Legal and court-specific advice remains with the client’s attorney.

What is your role in a 1031 exchange?

We manage the property-side strategy, search, marketing, negotiation, and transaction calendar while coordinating with the qualified intermediary and tax professionals. They determine eligibility and provide tax advice.
