What should I expect when selling with you?

A plan up front, one point of contact (two, actually — both principals), and proactive updates at every milestone. Preparation, marketing, negotiation, and escrow are coordinated for you from the first walk-through to recording.

What should I expect when buying with you?

A defined search, a custom MLS alert feed built for you, honest walk-throughs, and a negotiation strategy for each property. We handle the moving parts so buying feels simple.

Where do you work?

Who will actually handle my transaction?

Jonathan and Matt. You speak directly with the principals — not a chatbot, virtual assistant, or rotating transaction desk.

Can you help with a home held in an estate or trust?

Yes. We lead the real estate work and coordinate with the attorney, fiduciary, and title team already involved. Legal and court-specific advice stays with the client's attorney.

What is your role in a 1031 exchange?

We run the property side — strategy, search, marketing, negotiation, and the transaction calendar — coordinated with the qualified intermediary and tax professionals who determine eligibility.
